COUNCIL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
Site Setup
Temporary Fencing: Installed as per site and safety requirements.
Silt and Sediment Control: Applied where necessary to prevent soil erosion and protect stormwater systems.<br>

Energy Efficiency – Seven Star Rating
- The home must comply with the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) to achieve a Seven Star Energy Rating, ensuring better energy efficiency and comfort.
Termite Treatment
- Part A and Part B termite protection must be applied as per the local council requirements, where applicable, to safeguard the structure from termite damage.
Building Permit & Certifications
Building Permit: Required before starting construction.
Appointed Building Surveyor: To assess compliance with building regulations.
Occupancy Permit: Required before the home can be legally occupied.
Notes & Exclusions
Properties in bushfire-prone areas are not covered under the standard base inclusion.
If applicable, the home must comply with BAL 12.5 (Bushfire Attack Level) requirements, as per Australian Standards.
